Helenium ‘Double Trouble’ is a vibrant, long-blooming perennial prized for its cheerful yellow flowers and compact, garden-friendly habit. The blossoms sit atop strong, upright stems that generally reach about 18 to 24 inches (45–60 cm) in height, making this cultivar more compact than many older helenium varieties. Unlike traditional single-flowered heleniums that display a prominent central cone surrounded by ray petals, Helenium ‘Double Trouble’ has a a lush, layered bloom that adds texture and fullness to the flower.
